Or should I reword it as “Who is your Brand?”
Sam Palmisano, the former CEO of IBM, noted, “When your business is primarily based on knowledge, then people rather than products become your brand.”
The same is true for our business.
You and your team are the brand of your business.
The messenger is the message. You are the message.
