Imagine walking into your office (rather your Office room in your Home) in the morning and looking at an amazing dashboard of your overall business and if new client assets have been added, and so on.
While having your coffee, your CRM is already analysing high priority things for you during the day and week. You will get a clear picture of outside assets as your clients have given you their complete data of assets, liabilities, income, and expenses. You will know that a certain product that has been sold to your client by his bank is up for maturity in the next few weeks.
You can have a video call with your client where both of you can log in respectively to your goal-based dashboards and discuss progress as well as action points.
You can also connect with your client’s spouse who is now in a different country but all of you can see what their family goal looks like and discuss how each can contribute to this family goal.
You can then help your client visualize and see the impact of a potential property sale, capital gains, tax liability and reinvestment options (whether to invest in property, capital gain bonds or any other option). You will also be able to email “What do I do with my property and how does this impact my retirement, wealth and so on” in a few seconds.
All of this by the time you have finished your coffee.
This is not just the Future. This seamless technology exists RIGHT NOW. The key question is whether you are ready to harness this power to drive growth and remain relevant to today’s and future investors.
