There are 2 essential elements of getting referrals…
Both have to fall in place for you to start getting referrals from your clients and others. The 2 elements are Value and Connection.
- They have to see value in the work you do.
- They have to like you and trust you.
If any one of these elements is missing, you won’t get a referral.
Both these things make you referable…
The important thing then is “Are You Referable?”
