The 2 Most Essential Skills for having an Awesome Conversation
Most of you would be thinking about command on the language, being a fantastic orator, a degree in communication and so on. None of these answers are relevant as you are not giving a speech but having a conversation.
These are the 2 most Essential Skills that you need to develop.
1. Asking Meaningful Questions leads to an awesome conversational experience. This is because when you ask people a meaningful question, it makes them think and talk about themselves, their experiences and so on. People love talking about themselves, their experiences and their stories.
2. Listening I am not talking about Hearing. (There is a big difference between Listening and Hearing.) Most people Surely Hear but not actively Listen…They are ready with their response even before listening properly. Observe this the next time you have a conversation with someone.
Thus Asking Questions (genuinely) and Listening will lead to an awesome conversation.
