Seneca, the Stoic Philosopher said these golden words – It is not because things are difficult that we do not dare. It is because we do not dare that they are difficult.
I couldn’t agree more with these amazing words. What about you?
Reflect on this question – What are some of the difficult things in your work and life today?
Are they difficult because you do not dare?
If so, the time to dare is NOW.
Even if they seem difficult, all you need to do is dare and take the first small step.
This first step is all you need to take and once you have taken it, focus on taking the next step. One step at a time is all you need to keep moving forward.
As Martin Luther King said, “You don’t have to see the whole staircase to take the first step.”
Just Dare It.
