James Clear, Author – Atomic Habits, wrote these powerful lines: “You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.
Your goal is your desired outcome. Your system is the collection of daily habits that will get you there.
This year, spend less time focusing on your outcomes and more time focusing on the habits that precede the results.”
Think about these lines in the context of your business. Now ask yourself these questions:
a. What are the most important systems in your business?
b. What are the habits that are important for your system to work?
c. Where are you on a scale of 1-10 with regards to your systems?
