I had asked this question, “What’s the Water you are not seeing in your life or work today?
To those who have not read Tuesday’s post, go read it first. To those who don’t intend to, here is what “Water” in that post refers to. Water is merely that the most obvious, ubiquitous, important realities are often the ones that are hardest to see and talk about.
Dan Heath in his book “Upstream” writes: “What’s interesting is that our kids can often be the water. They pick up things we are not even aware of. Our kids see the real us. A father reported online, that while driving on the interstate, his two-and-a-half-year-old son asked from the backseat – ‘Any idiots out today, Dad’.
This is hilarious. I still can’t stop laughing.
