Can you spot the powerful difference?
Let us ask ourselves these 2 questions:
- What are the things I am doing right?
- What are the right things I am doing?
Reflect.
Answering these questions will unlock a key source of power.
We will never have enough hours.
Thus, we got to do the right thing first.
Effectiveness First. Efficiency Second.
Don’t believe me.
Peter Drucker comes to my rescue through this quote – “There is nothing quite so useless as doing with great efficiency something that should not be done at all.”
